2023-2024 School Year

The following options are available to both 3 and 4 year old children.  We are in operation from September to June with Christmas and Spring breaks.

Sutherland Early Learning Child Care Centre is an inclusive setting and we regularly have a child with a support worker participating in our classes.

We have been selected to participate in the B.C. Government’s $10/Day Childcare Program, please see updated fees below.

Affordable Child Care Benefit is still available for families who make up to $111,000.00 per year, and can be combined with the $10/Day Childcare Program – Information may be found on the following link:

Full Days Sessions:   8:00 am to 4:00 pm  

We follow the public school calendar – open pro-d days

Included in the price is participation in the preschool morning and afternoon sessions – children bring their own snack and lunch. Rest time is provided.

5 days per week                    $ 200.00   (Previous Fees: $1030.00)

3 days per week                    $ 120.00    (Previous Fees: $655.00)

2 days per week                    $ 80.00      (Previous Fees: $435.00)

Half Day Sessions (Preschool Program)

2 Classes per Week

Tues/Thurs am:    9:00 am- 11:30 am  $56.00 (Previous Fees: $175.00)

Tues/Thurs pm:    1:00 pm  3:30 pm    $56.00 (Previous Fees:  $175.00)

3 Classes per Week 

Mon/Wed/Fri am:  9:00am – 11:30 am        $84.00 (Previous Fees:  $255.00)

Mon/Wed/Fri pm:  1:00 pm – 3:30 pm        $84.00 (Previous Fees:  $255.00)

These classes contain a kindergarten readiness component on Mondays

 $100 non-refundable reservation/registration fee

Registration Procedure

Please email the preschool administrator at staff@sutherlandelcc.com to check on availability of spaces or to place your child’s name on a wait list. Names placed on a wait list will be called on a first come first served basis.  Visits to the preschool may also be arranged.

Registration will be secured upon the payment  of the  non-refundable reservation/registration fee of $100.00 plus September’s fee (which can be refunded with one month’s notice) plus a completed registration form and emergency child release form .

Payment can be made by e-transfer at selccfees@gmail.com or cheques will also be accepted. October – June fees will be paid on the first of each month.
